Difference between nabi and rasul..

This is a variable topic, scholars have three opinions, i choose the s:third - last - one,

 one says: both are the same, 
one says nabi is the one who has been receiving angel message but he was not ordered to deliver it  to others or to rule, or he was not not asked to call 

others or invite them -

 Third opinion of ibn taymeya and shanqeete and others is: 
nabi is the one who had this angel spirit and he delivers a nessage, but he preaches the same previous prophet's message or the previous knowledge message to his nation (which should be on a traces of a message) . So he is like scholar.. Reminder... .. He has No new book, no new juresspudabce, he has no big Muslim and non-Muslim facing... 
 Against his new unknown message... No great..

Quraan says some words in the verses about every one of them.. But when the word is without the prefix (Alif) or the context itself specializez the meaning, here scholars have these varieties. That is why the opinions above. Any how no big work or mental situation has to be taken. Other implications are protected without conflict. As who is the last..
